At Pilates Søborg, you'll meet Pilates certified instructors who deliver motivating and varied training and are trained to spot imbalances and guide with precision. In our small classes, there is time for individual guidance and focus on quality - so you get the most out of every class.
We train not only on the reformer, but with the entire classic Pilates system. The equipment complements each other and creates a progression that builds strength, flexibility and balance - far beyond what you can achieve on the reformer alone and when training in large groups.
Train in small classes, closed courses or on your own
We teach classic Pilates on the full equipment system. Most people know the reformer, which we use regularly in our classes - but we also train with towers, chairs, barrels, props and weights. Everything is designed to complement each other and give the body a versatile and balanced workout that both supports and challenges.

If you want to train in a class, there are several daily reformer/tower classes 7 days a week to choose from.
In addition, we offer several closed programmes and courses in small classes with a maximum of 7 participants. The programmes typically last 10 weeks with a fixed training day each week and you train with the same participants each time.

Private Pilates/Personal Training
Training tailored to you. Either as a supplement to existing training or if you have a specific need to focus on problem areas, injury prevention, etc.
Pilates for pregnant women
Discover how Pilates can make your pregnancy stronger and more comfortable. You'll train 10 times in a closed class, so you train with the same people every time. A Pilates programme that supports you throughout your pregnancy.
Pilates Afterbirth
Postnatal training as a closed programme with max. 7 participants. On our reformer/tower equipment, we do exercises that support your body in everyday life and get you safely back to training after your pregnancy
Pilates for men
A closed programme where we train on our reformer/tower units over 10 training sessions. The exercises are specially adapted to men for strength and challenge and you train with the same people every time.
Pilates for Teens (13-17 years)
Pilates for Teens is for 13-17 year olds and is a closed programme over 10 weeks with fixed training days and the same training partners each time. Ideal as a counterbalance to screen time and a sedentary school day.
