Pilates for Teens (13-17 years)

Many teenagers spend large parts of their day in front of screens and doing sedentary schoolwork. This can challenge posture and create tension in the back and shoulders. At the same time, young people at this age are recommended to start strength training - but always in a controlled and safe way that takes into account a developing body.

Pilates provides just that: effective but controlled strength training, and the start of good habits that will benefit later in life. In small classes, teenagers learn to use their bodies correctly, building muscle strength and flexibility while developing a stronger body awareness. The training is a safe foundation for everyday life - and an ideal complement to leisure activities such as football, gymnastics, dance and more.

Closed class over 10 weeks

Teen classes are offered as closed programmes with a maximum of 7 participants.

The small class size allows the instructor to follow each participant closely, correct technique and ensure that all exercises are performed safely.

Why Pilates for teens?
Training for young people with a focus on posture, strength and body awareness. Pilates complements other sports and counteracts the imbalances that can result from long hours in front of the screen.

You don't need to have practised Pilates before to join.

Training takes place in small groups with reformer towers and props such as balls, elastic bands and Magic Circle.
