Team training at Reformer/Tower

Build strength at any level in our Reformer/Tower classes

Train with a monthly subscription or punch card in our Reformer/Tower classes. Here you train in small groups with a maximum of 7 participants. This leaves room for individual guidance to ensure you always perform the exercises correctly and get the full benefit. The combination of Reformer and Tower offers a wealth of possibilities - from classic Pilates exercises to variations that challenge strength, stability and mobility throughout the body. You can join our classes with either a monthly subscription or a punch card.

reformer/tower class training - max. 7 participants in the class

The Reformer is one of the most central pieces of equipment in the classic Pilates system. With springs as resistance and support, you train strength, flexibility and precision - always with a focus on activating the whole body. The tower mounted behind the reformer expands the repertoire of exercises where you can work on mobility, spine and shoulders in particular. Together, they make it possible to customise the workout for all levels - from beginners to advanced.

How class training works

All our group training is done in small classes with a maximum of 7 participants so there is time for the individual and the instructors can ensure you get the most out of the training.

Our reformer/tower machines can be used by anyone at any level and the instructor will make sure you get the necessary knowledge about the main Pilates principles, the exercise performed and the use of the equipment.

Variation for a motivating workout

To add even more variety to the workout, we also use classic Pilates props and tools:

Magic Circle - a classic ring that challenges arm, leg and abdominal strength and creates precision in the exercises.
Elastic bands and weights - for extra resistance or support in selected exercises.
Barrels - especially used to train flexibility and strength in the spine and deep abdominal muscles.
Chairs - challenges balance, leg strength and control in standing and seated variations of the classic exercises.

These tools provide variety, customisation and new challenges - ensuring you get a workout that always fits your level and challenges you.

Who can do Pilates?

Pilates is for everyone - regardless of age, experience or starting point

On the Reformer and Tower, you get a workout that can be adapted to any body - whether you're a beginner or advanced. The machines use springs for resistance and support so you can work precisely on strength, flexibility and balance.

The workout is based on the classic Pilates principles: control, precision, flow and breathing. This means that you will not only become stronger, but also more body-conscious and efficient in your movements - results you'll notice in everyday life as well as in sports.
