Private Pilates/Personal Training

Private Pilates is for those who want a personalised workout experience. You'll work one-on-one with an instructor who customises the class to your goals, starting point and needs - so you get the most out of every class.

Private Pilates doesn't have to be your only workout - many people choose individual private classes as a supplement to their regular group classes. This gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in technique, get extra guidance or target specific areas.

why private pilates?

Train on the entire equipment system

In private Pilates, we have access to the entire classic equipment system: reformer, tower, chair, barrels and cadillac - complemented by props like magic circle, balls and elastic bands.

Each device is designed to support and challenge the body in different ways, so we can customise the training step by step.

Pilates as a complement to sport

Many athletes use Pilates to improve performance and prevent injury. Pilates can improve strength, mobility and injury prevention if you play golf, tennis, run or cycle, for example.

Private Pilates helps you target the areas that make a difference to your sport - giving you a stronger, more flexible and balanced body.

If you have any injuries etc. you must inform us of this before your first training session so that it can be taken into account in the training.

Pilates as a private lesson

Private Pilates has a long tradition - in fact, Joseph Pilates himself started training students one-on-one in his New York studio in the 1920s.

The close, personalised training allowed him to see the body's imbalances and focus on building strength, agility and control.
The same approach lives on today: private pilates gives you the most precise and effective benefits of the method
